Computational Storage
Computational storage is a disk-based product that is often used as persistent storage for Research Cloud Services and Nectar VMs (Virtual Machines). It can also be used as scratch space for parallel jobs running on Nectar VMs.
Computational storage can only be used by Nectar instances (VMs) which are created for specific projects via the Nectar Dashboard. As with other RDS storage products, Computational storage must be requested through the Data Dashboard.
Additional information about Computational Storage can be found on the Nectar website.
