Monash eResearch, along with the Monash Genomics & Bioinformatics Platform, run regular training sessions for users. This page lists current and previous training sessions for your consideration.
Monash PhD students that are required to complete professional development training may be able to use Monash eResearch courses to contribute to these training hours. For eligibility, please speak to the eResearch Training facilitator at your course to receive your certificate of completion.

In-person HPC Workshop: Pawsey Supercomputing Centre
Want to learn how to use Pawsey's platforms and services?
Join Monash eResearch and the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre for a hands-on, in-person workshop tailored for the Monash research community. This session will provide an overview of Pawsey's platforms and how to access their services. You'll also learn how to migrate workflows from Gadi or Monash's HPC systems to Setonix, Pawsey's flagship supercomputer. The workshop will include a practical Q&A and support session for both current and prospective users - perfect if you have a specific application you'd like to run on Setonix but are facing technical challenges.

- Registration is essential, and there are limited spaces (registration closes on Friday June 20th)

Non-Uniform Monash Business Analytics Team (NUMBAT Workshops)
These workshops are designed to help develop data analysis and computing skills in the Monash and broader community. Workshops will be hands-on and primarily focus on using R. Most workshops will be hybrid, in-person for the Monash community and also with the possibility to join on zoom. They will be taught by experts on the topics from the NUMBATs group.
