Accessing XNAT

There are multiple ways to access XNAT.

  • Web Interface

This is the most common way to access XNAT, allowing you to manage projects, upload data, and perform analyses.

  • Access XNAT project data from Monash M3

M3 project users can also push and pull data to and from XNAT using the xnat-utils. This is useful for users who are already familiar with M3 and want to integrate their XNAT project data for processing on M3.

  • Access Alfred Health XNAT data from Monash XNAT

If you have access to both Alfred Health XNAT and Monash XNAT, you can use the xnat-utils to push and pull data between the two systems. This is useful for researchers who collaborate across institutions.
