GitLab

GitLab is a software forge, a web-based collaborative software platform for both developing and sharing computer applications. It is primarily used as a source code revision control system.

REDCap

REDCap is a secure web platform for building and managing online databases and surveys. REDCap's streamlined process for rapidly creating and designing projects offers a vast array of tools that can be tailored to virtually any data collection strategy.

XNAT

XNAT is an open source imaging informatics platform which facilitates common management, productivity, and quality assurance tasks for imaging and associated data. Thanks to its extensibility, XNAT can be used to support a wide range of imaging-based projects.
